Association Bylaws for THINK International 

THINK International is an independently governed NGO registered as an Association (forening) in Denmark. The organisation is self-owned and open to applications for membership from individuals and supportive members.

The highest governing power is executed at the AGM by its members. The Members elect the Board of Directors who set the Strategic Direction of the organisation. THINK International is a values-based organisation. To that end, three founding values have been ascribed as the pillars defining the norms and behaviour of the organisation. All members are expected to share the values of the organisation.
