Meet our beautiful Ziningi Ntsele, who honours THINK values daily and appreciates, respects and cares for her colleagues.
Hi everyone, my name is Ningi! When I came to join THINK at Hilton in 2019, I was so excited to become part of this organisation. My new colleagues, especially Ayanda Magoso and Deborah Nzama, really made me feel at home from day one. It was so wonderful to be part of the team, and although we were still only a few back then, the team very quickly grew bigger – and we are still upholding the values of our organisation today.
I live in Hammersdale, where I was brought up with my four siblings – one of which was my eldest sister Cynthia. She was working for THINK at HQ, but sadly she passed on and I then moved on to HQ to take her place. I am living the THINK values in her memory, and keeping the HQ office in top condition.
I have a lovely daughter, Nqubeko. She’s still at school doing great things in Grade 10. I love cooking, I can literally cook any delicious meal that can think of! And I promise you that you will lick your fingers afterwards.
I come very early in the morning to begin my day before anyone else arrives. I carry a positive attitude in doing my job and being of assistance to whoever needs my help. I strongly believe I’m here to make a difference in whatever I do. When I help others, I do it freely and with passion.
I love being a part of this gigantic organisation, and really enjoy being around my colleagues. I respect and care for them.
